MyShantiSpace is an online directory for yoga, Ayurveda, and India-related businesses and professionals. We provide:

• Free listings for registered users
• Paid listing plans with additional features and benefits
• The option to claim existing listings created from public data

3. Listings from Public Sources

Some listings are generated using data from publicly available sources such as social media platforms, business directories, and official websites. These listings are for informational purposes only and may be claimed by the rightful owner.

4. Claiming a Listing

To claim a listing, you must register an account and verify your ownership. We reserve the right to request documentation to confirm ownership before granting control over a listing.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. All activities performed through your account are your responsibility.

6. Account Deletion and Data Retention

Users can request deletion of their account via the “Delete Account” feature in their dashboard.

Upon deletion, the account and listings will be deactivated and removed from public view.

We may retain personal data and listings for up to 24 months post-deletion for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and possible account reactivation.

After this period, data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MyShantiSpace, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Portal without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of listings, especially those sourced from third parties. Users should verify information independently. MyShantiSpace is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Portal.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Any disputes will be resolved in courts within these jurisdictions.
