Subscription-Based Model
myshantispace.li offers a range of products and services that can help you promote and enhance your listings, events, and banners. All of these offerings are structured as subscription-based plans. This means that upon signing up for our services, you agree to be charged either on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the subscription plan you initially selected.
We offer Monthly or Yearly paid subscriptions for Center Listings, Program Listings, and Banner Ads. You can cancel your subscription anytime.
For Program listings, it’s essential to understand how the subscription payment works. The renewal date for your MyShantiSpace subscription plan is automatically set based on the initial subscription date, and NOT on the end date of the program listing you’ve created. Our system is designed to automatically renew your subscription on the pre-determined renewal date unless you choose to cancel it beforehand.
To avoid unintended renewals, we recommend setting a reminder date in your calendar to cancel your subscription. This will ensure that your subscription aligns with the end date of your promotion strategy.

By purchasing a package with us, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:
Package Duration:
Each package has a fixed duration as specified in the plan description (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 1 year). The service will remain active until the end of this period.
Billing:
Payment is made once at the time of purchase. There are no recurring or automatic renewal charges associated with your package.
No Automatic Renewal:
Packages do not renew automatically. After the package expires, you will need to purchase a new package to continue using the service.
Cancellation:
Since these are one-time purchase packages, there is no cancellation or termination before the package expires. You may choose not to renew by simply not purchasing a new package after the current one ends.
Disputes:
If you encounter any billing discrepancies or issues, please contact our customer support team for resolution.
Refunds: As outlined in our refund policy below, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be considered if the transaction was created in error and if you notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.
You will be required to submit proof of cancellation. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
MyShantiSpace reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any subscription plans or pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to adjust your subscription accordingly.
Refund Policy – Refund Eligibility
We want to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers regarding refunds. As such, we have established the following guidelines:
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds for transactions resulting from a change of mind. Once a subscription, listing, event, or banner has been purchased, we are unable to provide refunds solely based on a change of mind.
Transaction Error:
We understand that errors can occur. If you believe the transaction was created in error, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on circumstances.
To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction taking place. Our team will review your case and determine if the refund request is valid.
If you meet the criteria outlined above, you can initiate the refund process by following these steps:
Cancellation:
Cancel your subscription with us through the ‘Manage Billing’ feature in your account.
Notification:
Within 48 hours of the transaction, write to us at info@myshantispace.li explaining the circumstances that led to the transaction error. Provide relevant details to support your claim.
Approval and Refund:
Upon acceptance of your refund request, we will notify you via email. Subsequently, we will initiate the refund using our secure payment gateway, Stripe, ensuring a safe and reliable process.
Please allow for a minimum of 7 – 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
